Romantic Breaks & Special Occasions
It doesn't get more romantic than Bourton on the Water - after all, this is the "Venice of the Cotswolds".
Whether you are visiting to celebrate an anniversary or birthday, or just for some time together to reconnect, we're here to be the base for your relaxing romantic break. We're adults-only and pet-free, providing peace and quiet as well as sumptuous rooms that you can sink into and forget the rest of the world.
Romantic Rooms
All of our rooms are individually-designed for character and cosiness, but to really make your romantic break, treat yourselves to a Superior Room.
These rooms are more spacious with bigger beds and with extra touches: a complimentary mini bar and snacks as a treat when you check in and a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee in bed.
From the classically romantic four-poster room, to hotel chic and Cotswolds character, find your ideal Superior Room.

For the ultimate romantic break, check in to our Snowshill Garden Suite. A self-contained apartment across the road from the main guesthouse, in Snowshill you can really close the door against the world and live in your own bubble.
On cold evenings you can cuddle up together in front of the log burner, and on sunny afternoons you have your own private garden to relax in. A king-size bed, fully-equipped kitchen and gorgeous lounging areas, you may not want to leave - but you will need to drag yourself away each morning for your breakfast!
