Our Rooms
We have 14 bedrooms in the main guesthouse, with a further three rooms and our Garden Suite across the road in our Boutique Quarters, plus our Cottage next door. All of our rooms are individually designed with their own personalities, with the same thing at their heart - a luxurious space for you to truly relax.
Superior Rooms
To make your stay that bit more special, upgrade to one of our Superior Rooms. From four-poster luxury to sleeping beneath original beams, each one of these rooms gives you extra space and special added extras - a Nespresso coffee machine, Diddly Squat snacks and a complimentary mini bar.
Four Superior Rooms are in the main guesthouse, with two across the road in our Boutique Quarters.
King Room
A striking room in the eaves of the guest house with walls covered in fluttering birds. Bathroom includes a shower and bath.
Four Poster Room
The epitome of romance, sleep under the soft canopy of our four poster bed. Bathroom includes a shower over the bath.
Ground Floor Room
A peaceful and more accessible room, available as a double or twin room. Bathroom includes a walk in shower.
First Floor Room
A spacious room away from the road decorated in calming shades, available as a double or twin. Bathroom includes a shower over a bath.
Standard Rooms
Cosy up and shut out the world in one of our double or twin rooms. Located mostly in the original guesthouse, with one across the road in the Boutique Quarters, these rooms have gorgeous original features like exposed Cotswold stone and old fireplaces, and are all sumptuously designed for a peaceful stay.
Double Rooms
There are five double bedrooms in the main guesthouse. Bathrooms have a mix of shower-only and shower over bath - let us know if you have a preference.
Twin or Super King
Two bedrooms are available with twin beds or a super king bed. Bathrooms have a mix of shower-only and shower over bath - let us know if you have a preference.
Boutique Quarters
One double room is over the road in our Boutique Quarters. Bathroom includes a shower over a bath.
Single Rooms
B&B luxury at better value for solo travellers. Nothing like a box room, our single rooms are spacious and airy, with all the cosy touches that make them the perfect retreat to come back to after a day exploring the Cotswolds.

Snowshill Garden Suite
For longer stays and to make yourself at home, check in to our garden apartment, Snowshill. A private bolthole for two, this beautiful suite is the perfect base to relax in Bourton on the Water. A fully-equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, living/dining room with log burner, garden with BBQ and a large restful bedroom, available as a super king or a twin.

Oakey Cottage
The ultimate best of both worlds stay - all the space and privacy of a self-catering holiday, with breakfast cooked for you every morning! Right next door to The Lansdowne, Oakey Cottage sleeps four people in a cosy Cotswold cottage. The only one of our rooms which is child and pet-friendly, here you can relax with the whole family.

Accessibility
The Lansdowne and Boutique Quarters are historic buildings built during the Victorian era, and as such present some accessibility issues. We do have ground floor rooms for those with mobility issues, but please be aware that there is no step-free access.
