We are aware that there is a lot of hesitation for booking holidays at this current time.

With overseas travel rules changing constantly the staycation has proved very popular with UK households for 2021 and we are hoping it will continue for 2022.

Our COVID19 cancellation policy:

We would like to update you on our COVID 19 policies for 2022 to allow guests to book with confidence.

When booking directly, we allow free cancellation for guests up until 42 days before the arrival date.

If during the 42 days you can not travel due to a positive test we will defer your booking to a later date in 2022.

In the event of a lockdown where we cannot operate as a business, we can issue a full refund for your booking.

We hire and train our very diligent team of housekeepers and can ensure the guest house is cleaned to the highest possible standard and are in keeping with all government cleaning regulations.
