The Lansdowne Villa Guest House is family owned and run by Martin and Helen Macklin who provide a warm welcome on arrival and during your stay. Every care is taken to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. After 15 years spent in the hospitality industry in and around the Cotswolds, both are fully conversant with the hotel trade. Many of our guests return year after year to the comfort of Lansdowne Villa Guest House.

Whenever the subject of the Cotswolds is discussed two or three villages are always mentioned; Bourton-on-the-Water is one of them and the Lansdowne Villa Guest House is acknowledged as one of the premier establishments in the area, situated at the quiet end of the main street, just three minutes level walk to the village centre.

Twelve rooms all recently completely refurbished offer accommodation to a very high standard, fully colour co-ordinated with full en-suite facilities, tea/coffee, TV, radio and full central heating in all rooms. Lansdowne Villa is a non smoking establishment. English breakfast is served in the relaxing atmosphere of our dining room. Broadband Internet access is available in our comfortable lounge. There is plenty of off-road parking. All guests have a key so can come and go as they please.
